How to Place a Transaction Order

One of our main goals is to make your real estate transaction as simple as possible for you. The best way to start is to make it as easy as possible for you to place your order with us, so we have several alternatives:

Online: If you like working online, you can place a secure online order through our Closing Tracker system. If this is your first time with Closing Tracker, give us a call (734-662-1050) or shoot us an email (absolute@absolutetitleinc.com) and we'll get you registered.
Fax: If you'd like to fax an order to us, you can print our Title Insurance Order form (PDF file), complete it and fax to 734-662-3608.
In person: And if you like a more personal touch, we'd love to have you give us a call at 734-662-1050. We'll take down the information and be able to ask and answer questions to help your transaction move smoothly.

If you have kids, feel free to bring them with you to our office. They can hang out in our playroom while we tackle the paperwork.

What We Need To Get Started

The information we are looking for to begin the order is:

PROPERTY - An address, tax code, legal description, survey, or any other information you have to identify the property that is being sold or financed. The more information the better, but we'll do our best with whatever you have.
PARTIES - Names, addresses and contact information for the sellers, buyers and their various representatives (real estate agents, attorneys, mortgage lenders, etc.) is very helpful. Again, more is better, but we should at least start with the name of the current property owner.
YOUR REQUEST - What is it that you'd like us to do? Title insurance commitment, title search only, preparation of closing documents, holding escrowed funds, or other? Just let us know and we can begin working for you.
DOCUMENTS - Any sales contracts, prior title insurance policies, listing agreements, disclosure forms, etc., that you have will be helpful (although not necessary) for us to get started. You can fax them to us (734) 662-3608 or email to absolute@absolutetitleinc.com.
