Let Absolute Title help get your deal closed, so you can get back to having fun

One of the advantages of being perhaps the last title company in the world to have a website is that we got to look at lots of others in putting ours together. Some good. Some really bad. But this is not exciting stuff. Important and necessary, but not exciting. If it is exciting, either something didn’t go the way it should have on your last transaction or you need some other interests. We want to help you get through the necessary, get your deal closed, and get on to the really cool and exciting stuff.

Some fun things that we can suggest:

Volunteer at a non-profit. Christy is always looking for volunteers at Ann Arbor Public Schools Educational Foundation or Wild Swan Theater. And there are certainly plenty of others that could use your help. Maybe the Washtenaw Land Trust?
Read a book. A few suggestions include: Fish by Stephen Lundin, Harry Paul and John Christensen; Lamb by Christopher Moore; Making Money by Terry Padgett; and Predictably Irrational by Dan Ariely. You could even check out our own little library if you’re interested.
Get out and enjoy the Michigan weather, regardless of what that weather is like today (just dress appropriately). For weather check out Wunderground and for a great hike or bike in the woods how about the Waterloo-Pinckney Recreation Area.
Participate in a sport. Scott likes to ski, waterski, wakeboard, kiteboard, windsurf, golf, run, swim, sail, etc., etc., etc., and if you give him a call he’d probably go with you.

One of the reasons we like what we do is we get to meet and learn about lots of different people with lots of different interests. When you’re here for your closing you may even want to pass along one or two of your favorite websites that we could share here.

And while you’re having fun with all your other interests, please make sure and tell your friends, neighbors, casual acquaintances, passers by, that Absolute Title made it easier for you to get out and have fun.
